Beyond the Wall

The beyond the wall campaign takes place on the world of Midgard, near the realm of Gallia a thousand years after humanity freed itself from their enslavement by the elves. Magic has ceased to flow through the world, and the material Lyrium has been used a physical substitute, propelling humanity into a golden age.

The player are members of the ranger core, responsible for scouting beyond the walls of the kingdom and ensuring its security, but at the price of never being able to reintegrate with the greater portion of society.

As the DM, I’m interested in focusing this campaign on Role Play rather than making another hack and slash adventure. This means that skills like Heal and Survival will be incredibly important and trying to talk and sneak your way through encounters will provide its own rewards. I encourage creativity and out of the box solutions, I understand that there are rules but logic and narrative trump the rule book.
